After a 2hour ride to get to hotelt it was a wasted day. Went back to check in and after another half hour got another room and had to locate luggage again. Luggage comes up at the same time and had to send it back. Finally got to our room - opened the door and a man was in there already checked into the same room! Thank goodness he was dressed! We were mortified. Got to check in at 3:30 and still waited an hour.
They make you wait till 2pm for “early” check in.
Just spent a horrible nite at Ocean resort.
